I was complaining to a close friend about my experience with Chase and BofA. He suggested I get in touch with Silva Goxhal, the Branch Manager for Beacon Bank on Daniel Island. At first I thought, eh, a bank is a bank. They’re all the same! He insisted I give her a try and thank goodness I did!! She’s super fast, attentive, efficient and gives great advice! Dealing with other banks has been like getting your teeth pulled. Working with Silva though, game changer!

The best place to bank in the Charleston area. The staff are so friendly and respond to emails within minutes. The app is extremely easy to work with, and if I ever have an issue, it's resolved within minutes of me sending a message on the app or emailing. Victor Cruz is exceptional as well.
