I have had the pleasure of having one of Janet's massage treatments this afternoon as I have been experiencing lower back, hip and gluteal issues. Janet has a thorough knowledge and understanding of how the body and associated muscles work, and she utilised dry needling to help release muscle tension. Highly recommend Ian

Well this isn't a thing I would normally go for, but my wife said I should give it a go. After a long year in the trade I thought why not....... Well I am so glad I did!! the single most relaxing; brain and body resetting experience I have had. If there are any blokes reading this - dont be afraid, its surprisingly worth it! Janet was super knowlegable, professional and the suite was clean and welcoming.
