I highly recommend Jade she’s an amazing therapist, I had a shoulder injury and she sorted out all my mobility issues and enabled me to get back to exercising in a matter of weeks. She is also incredibly professional and personable which made feel really at ease in the sessions. Don’t hesitate to book in if you are struggling with an injury.
