I ordered and paid for low iron glass shower enclosure. After a lengthy period of time of being unable to reach anyone at this business to check on the status of my install, I finally got someone and the owner stated he needed to remeasure. Obviously I was like six weeks in and you need to remeasure?! 4 weeks later my glass was installed and it was a cheap glass substitution and not what I ordered and paid for! I wish I had done business with Hilton Head Glass not a last minute mess that now I have to go to court over.
Considering my age I thought it time to get rid of the tub and move to a walkin...then went crazy and figured what the hell, make it a steam room/shower. Needless to say the glasswork was critical. I was very familiar with supplyline issues and expected the weeks long delivery time. Unfortunately the manufacture was off on the door measurement and AJ got it replaced and installed with NO extra cost. Couldn't be happier. Attached is a before & after/finished.
The girl who took the large photo of my mom to replace the glass was super nice but it’s been about 5 weeks and nothing. I hope the photo of my mom in Italy, which is extremely sentimental to me (she passed away at age 57) is still safe. I’m going to just go pick it up because it’s the only one I have and they still haven’t called. I left 3 messages and again nothing.
