Beach side glass has install a new replacement 90” bow window section of glass in our guest room and a new 80” tall shower glass door for us. AJ is very professional and knowledgeable about products and solutions. AJ and Beachside is our first choice for glass.
Don’t be fooled by the competitive cost quotes; you will regret it in the long or even short run. Terrible customer service and materials. I hired Beachside glass to replace the main windows of my 5th floor condominium. At first, I was quite pleased with the outcome. However, within a few months I began to notice condensation forming inside the windows vapor lock. I have texted AJ numerous times. He has yet to even show up to discuss the issue.
AJ and team are amazing. The glass from my skylight slipped out of place and slid down my roof to land wedged into the shingles. They quickly responded to our needs, put the glass back in place and sealed it up, all without breaking the glass.
This is the second time I have called Beachside Glass. They are always so helpful and responsive. AJ was the hero again for us and was able to help with our sliding door repair. Fair prices, high quality work and clean up. I highly recommend them! Thanks - Seaside Serenity HHI
I ordered and paid for low iron glass shower enclosure. After a lengthy period of time of being unable to reach anyone at this business to check on the status of my install, I finally got someone and the owner stated he needed to remeasure. Obviously I was like six weeks in and you need to remeasure?! 4 weeks later my glass was installed and it was a cheap glass substitution and not what I ordered and paid for! I wish I had done business with Hilton Head Glass not a last minute mess that now I have to go to court over.
