Outstanding service! The team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain various options for moving my boat lift and offered excellent advice tailored to my situation. They also pointed me in the right direction for sourcing parts for my ShoreStation. If I ever need anything related to docks or lifts in the future, I won’t hesitate to call them. Highly recommended! Briley and Liam and their team were an awesome help! We bought the docks and they were installed the very next week, they even came back on short notice to help with adjustments and changes. Our family looks forward to using this for many years!
Beachside has been great in the last year, in getting our Porta Dock 3 times. First install and responded quick to get additional pieces and now again in reordering more. Briley has always been quick to respond and helpful.
Our group ordered quite a large number of docks and boat lifts and I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Beachside. Our salesperson, Briley, and his team were helpful and hard working to get everyone's equipment set up and we are all happy with the results.
