Bought a used bike as is, had it 3 days and the chain started to skip and little and I noticed a link in the chain was broken. Brought the bike back to them and they replaced it with a brand new chain for free! Was expecting to pay for a new chain since it was sold as is but they took care of it.
It was a pleasure meeting and buying my first e-bike from this very well stocked rental / sale of all shorts of various types of E bikes.Thank you for letting take spin , it made a Hugh difference. Thanks
Walked into this Bike Shop asking for advice for a bicycle assembly, and I couldn't give it a higher recommendation. Super friendly/professional/helpful/knowledgeable staff. Note that the bike I was trying to put together WASN'T EVEN PURCHASED AT THIS STORE, yet the tech immediately took the part into the workshop area and fixed it for me in about 90 seconds. No charge. They had everything I needed for my bike that I brought with me to Cocoa Beach. Brandi was wonderful. She actually walked out to my car to look at my bike to make sure I left with the right products. The best place to get your bikes serviced in the area. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and more importantly, they listen to your concerns without trying to upset you something. They make sure you're undstood and that you know you're issues are resolved professionally. I love this shop and the staff.
