I used Julia to value three businesses and she came up with a fair and correct value for the businesses …. The OTHER side didn’t like her value so they went back to her and complained so she RAISED the value by $400,000.00 with no explanation or no report as to why she was BOUGHT off by the other side to increase the value. DO NOT use Beachfleachman because they can be BOUGHT off by the other lawyers. I requested a meeting for an explanation as to why she changed the value and she refused to speak to me. Our experience with this company was just with Dale Walters CPA. Dale listened carefully to our situation and particular needs and was tremendously helpful in providing professional advice that we had not found elsewhere. His knowledge of tax law, helpfulness and professionalism were outstanding. We would recommend him unequivocally.
I used Beach Fleischman for a company I owned for about 2 years. We selected them because the were a big firm and reputable. They might be big but reputable... Far from it... I usually don't leave reviews as I have better things to do but after dealing with Bryan Eto and Mr Fleischman himself I go out of my way to warn others. They over charge, They are not communicative, they are dishonest!!!! and if you say anything to them about it they get defensive, rude and take shady to a new level. They are ok if your a large company but if your an individual its probably best to go elsewhere the base cost is very high regardless how simple the preparation is. Decided to leave due to cost to value ratio since the value was not there for the cost.
