Pleasant, competent service Our financing was not so easy and the lender pedantic and pretty unbending. Nevertheless Simon and his team walked me thru the experience, always pleasant, always quickly responsive and eventually able to get the intransigent lender to permit an exception to their rules. The migration from paper-based to digital was in process during the transaction which caused quite a bit of repetition, but all ended well.
