Horrible customer service they don’t take any accountability. they have volunteers reach out to you and confirm documents and say your all set but when you call back to check the status of the application they blame the volunteer saying they gave all incorrect information and it’s not there fault, but it is if you have volunteers who are working on behalf of beam non profit or not they are still the source of information being provided so they need to take accountability they are quick to say they will close the case verses ... read more
