My husband and I had a fantastic shopping experience with Oliver at Beachcomber for our new furniture. I wasn’t happy with our first purchase and Oliver made it right. We had a little repair on a piece of furniture and it was promptly repaired. I would not hesitate to recommend buying furniture here. Recently bought a sectional and a bed frame from Wendy at Kelowna Beachcomber. Exceptional service. I love being able to take time to look around without pressure. She was great. Answered all my questions , offered suggestions. Delivery service was very professional and on time. Would highly recommend this place.
It was my first time in this store, and it definitely won’t be my last! Oliver was great. I was in a bind and needed two nightstands that day, and he made it happen. I was also able to find a fabulous floor lamp. The fact that they have furniture in stock and ready to take home the same day is a massive plus.
Big thank you to Leah and her team for excellent service. When I had a few issues with my new cantilever umbrella. They picked it up, repaired it and returned it promptly exactly as promised. Leah followed up to make sure I was happy with the service. Doesn't get better than that.
Absolute worst customer service , went in to grab a product and not only was I not greeted or acknowledged when I entered the store, the woman at the desk made me feel incredibly uncomfortable , looking at me like she was just disgusted by me and made me feel like I didn't 'belong' in their 'fancy' store . Ive never felt so judged in such a short period of time .. ew. I'll never step foot inside this store again.
