They look after their customers. Had a chair I bought from them that was defective a year later. They contacted the supplier and got me a new one. I can see why they have been in business so long!! Thank you
Great experience here, the salespeople were helpful and knowledgeable! Got a patio table and chairs, as well as an indoor rug. Recommended them to my parents who ended up purchasing from them as well, can’t recommend them enough! Great family run business!
Amazing customer service from Oliver and Kent. And support from the Stanton furniture folks too. Love our new living room furniture. It was delivered by Colin and team professionally. On time and communication and commitments were as stated. WOW! We were very impressed and we will go back. Shop local!
Worst Customer Service you can ever get. Was treated like thief. and both ladies were so rude upon discussing the price. Did leave review right after but nothing was done by them. I still cant forget how they treated me. No...it was yours, the one in Kelwona...send me your email..I will send a picture of the coffee table I bought..
I found the sales staff (particularly Oliver) to be extremely helpful and accommodating. No pressure tactics, helpful in ommitting items which weren't necessary and great with arranging prompt delivery. The tub itself is very good. Due to the fact that we are now in an apartment, I was limited to a 2-person plug-n-play (LEEP 008). Obviously it took a little longer to heat up than my previous 230V tub and the jets aren't as strong, but I expected that and was advised of such by Oliver.
