Big thank you to Leah and her team for excellent service. When I had a few issues with my new cantilever umbrella. They picked it up, repaired it and returned it promptly exactly as promised. Leah followed up to make sure I was happy with the service. Doesn't get better than that.
Absolute worst customer service , went in to grab a product and not only was I not greeted or acknowledged when I entered the store, the woman at the desk made me feel incredibly uncomfortable , looking at me like she was just disgusted by me and made me feel like I didn't 'belong' in their 'fancy' store . Ive never felt so judged in such a short period of time .. ew. I'll never step foot inside this store again.
Amazing service! Oliver helped me with my dining room table and getting my hottub fully Set up!! Really appreciate all the help and service!
This is my 2nd ever Google review. Only doing it because of Oliver . He was excellent. Knew his product, gave good opinions and didn't try to push. Spent the time we needed to help us come to the right decision. Can't recommend him enough. Oh yeah, furniture was nice too.
We were treated like royalty, the customer service was outstanding Oliver was friendly not pushy, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Had a great selection of quality products. We are from Ontario and stopped in to get a present for my inlaws. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank you again Oliver and Beachcom ers
