A shame. Not what the doctor ordered or prescribed. I've felt more at home on a holiday. Post lease,rule and regulation changes take there toll. No talking on our phones outside our units after 7-30 pm. New changes pop up randomly. Only certain plants are allowed to be planted in our gardens that we can't sit in and have a chat of a night. Some volunteers it seems believe that they have superiority and rights over others and apply that with the use of defamatory and inflammatory words and actions, denial of access or involvement. A shame. Not what the doctor ordered or prescribed. The dispute resolution process when used is difficult to attempt. May end in a negative result and can attract unwanted outcomes. Some volunteers in the community and in the community hall have made it challenging. Some volunteers use seat allocation, denial of access, basic bullying, to assert their authority.
