After talking with Human rights Queensland I need to be careful about my warning. Please read and understand your contract, if not have someone you trust to go through it with you. Look at exit fee's. Who can and who can't purchase your property after your use. And importantly who judges the market value and how long that money is held for. With more relevance on human rights. A shame. Not what the doctor ordered or prescribed. I've felt more at home on a holiday. The procedural requirements and pettiness by some of my fellow community members put good measure to that. Post lease,rule and regulation changes take there toll. No talking on our phones outside our units after 7-30 pm. New changes pop up randomly. Only certain plants are allowed to be planted in our gardens that we can't sit in and have a chat of a night. What's next? Lights out times? And definitely try not to improve things.
