We are thinking about having my mom, Grace, transferred to this facility. She has alzheimers and they have the facility to make sure that it is a secure place for her. Also, the staff and the admin was very nice in talking to me and my wife about the facility and its amenities. One of the most clean and nice place in Orange County! Can't wait to have her transferred in August or September!
I was referred here by Dr John from Kaiser who is our neighbor 2 months ago and last week was finally the time to go see this place and I have to be honest the hospital was more welcoming than here. I felt that no-one works here it was empty dead and putting someone to live here will cause them go thru more stress overall building was OK cant say it was WOW but Rowntree Gardens is a way better place than here.. sorry to say and also seeing other reviews I think this place is going down because of I don't know maybe bad manag... read more
Very clean and good food and kind steff
Me and My Wife were here in Jan and then came back 3 weeks ago to bring my Grandpa here to be taken care of and seems like the whole staff has been changed and I gotta say I was greeted by some really Rude people. The facility is nice but looks like some people took over that have no idea about what they are doing here. A lady named Christine gave us a tour and it was very hard to talk to her with a horrible attitude.. so we changed our mind and are looking for a different assisted living for my Grandpa.. such a disappointme... read more
We were thinking of bringing our Grandmother here and after touring and talking to the staff we did not feel secure enough to do so. The staff has no knowledge about anything ( Feels like they are New) and kind of Rude to be honest as well Facility is nice but when things like this happen it changes everything completely Overall would not recommend them oh and another thing was they are understaffed with people that dont know what they are doing there...
