We paid for chairs and umbrellas for the week and did not put out umbrellas one day with normal beach wind. Would not give exception for having had skin cancer and needing to sit in shade.
They offered a beach chairs for my mom. My mom was able to get down to the beach!!! Thank you everyone for your help! God Bless! Keep up the good work it truly makes a big difference
I called beach services on 9/23/25 to rent the chair and umbrella combo for three days 10/19-10/21/25. On the 19th when the young man was setting up he told me this was the last day they would be providing service for the season. I was like wait I paid for two more days! He just said call the office they'll refund the money. I didn't want a refund I wanted the service days I paid for! There's a reason I use them, I'm not getting any younger and do not/can't set up my own umbrella any longer. Would have been nice if they had ... read more
