I wanted to share some feedback about my recent appointment. I booked a remedial massage but the pressure stayed very light, even after I asked for it to be firmer. The treatment felt more like a relaxation massage, and I’m not sure the therapist was trained in remedial techniques. I was also surprised to be charged an extra $15 at the end for stretches, which hadn’t been explained beforehand.
