Dr. Neatrour performed Lasik and Smile procedure on my eyes on February 4, 2022. After one year, an additional surgery (cataract), and prescription glasses and readers, my vision is worsening with side effects such as dry eyes, nighttime starbursts, and reduced contrast sensitivity occurs frequently. Beach Eye Care and Dr. Neatrour were made aware of my concern for my vision but it did not warrant a response. He is rude and could care less about your health and wellbeing. JUST PASS...
Offered me sample eye drops required for a procedure. Told me to drive an hour to pick them up. On arrival, was told no eye drops were available. They lied to me and wasted my time.
Lasik gave me extreme dry eye and yes they told me it was a risk or possibility but they also told me I was a good candidate for it...had an attitude about it when I brought it up...had to pay for plugs in my tear ducts which didn't work...blamed me my eye makeup and everything else on it but in the end none of that factors in my awful vision except I had lasik...worst thing I ever did
