My e-bike was sent in to be fixed and has been there for almost a year! I checked it twice and they said the part was being order and now I can’t even get ahold of them. Worst customer service ever. I want my bike back!
I had work done a couple weeks ago on my bike I bought less than a year ago. Paid them to fix the bike and they did not and now they cant answer the phone for 2 weeks. Horrible customer service! Do not buy here!
