Terrible company. Asked for a 6 seater they brought a 4. They guy staying with us rented a 6 seater that never came. They wanted to bring it 3 days later. Lol. Don’t do business with the losers.
We had an absolute blast on the golf carts this past week. They were waiting for us when we got there on Saturday the 5th, which was extremely convenient. The process was so smooth and the quality was top notch. Service was great! Highly recommended!
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are horrible and will rip you off. We reserved and paid for a 6 seater golf cart months before our vacation. They dropped off a 4 seater and acted like we would not notice. We tried to contact them and they ignored us and finally responded saying they were off and were not correcting it. The four seater they gave us had a battery that would not hold a charge. The employees were rude and made no effort to correct anything. They rental was nearly $500 and the cart was useless. I was overcharged $95. They said it would be rebated to my credit card and it hasn’t. Also, the person I spoke with was very short with me. Not courteous at all. His statement “I rent carts, I don’t deal with problems!” Hard to believe.
Avoid Beach Bugz at All Costs! I rented a golf cart from Beach Bugz months in advance for our Christmas vacation in Naples, only to have them call the day of delivery to say the cart wasn’t working. They told me they were sold out and couldn’t provide an alternative, leaving us without any transportation during our vacation.
