DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are horrible and will rip you off. We reserved and paid for a 6 seater golf cart months before our vacation. They dropped off a 4 seater and acted like we would not notice. We tried to contact them and they ignored us and finally responded saying they were off and were not correcting it. The four seater they gave us had a battery that would not hold a charge. The employees were rude and made no effort to correct anything. They rental was nearly $500 and the cart was useless. I was overcharged $95. They said it would be rebated to my credit card and it hasn’t. Also, the person I spoke with was very short with me. Not courteous at all. His statement “I rent carts, I don’t deal with problems!” Hard to believe.
Avoid Beach Bugz at All Costs! I rented a golf cart from Beach Bugz months in advance for our Christmas vacation in Naples, only to have them call the day of delivery to say the cart wasn’t working. They told me they were sold out and couldn’t provide an alternative, leaving us without any transportation during our vacation. Woody came thru again for my family at Christmas with prompt delivery and pick up. No hassle,no worry. I have used Woody and Beach Bugz many times on my trips to Naples and have never had a problem. Many thanks to Woody and his crew for making this another memorable Florida Christmas.
What a fun experience this was! This is thr way to see Naples. & this is the company to use! They came through for us & even gave us some great hot spots to hit. This gentleman, Woody, knew his stuff, super helpful & patient w us out of towers. We are planning to come back tonthe area & will certainly use Woody & his bugz again. Thank you for a memorable time
