Just love going to see Emily. Always end up feeling better after I leave. I also appreciate that she doesn't overload me with too many exercises.

I have seen Dr. Emily for several things over the years and she has always been the best!!! She is very good at listening to my issues, identifying and prescribing the best treatment possible.

Went in with a shoulder injury Dr. Emily quickly diagnosed the issue and put me through a string of simple exercises that had an immediate improvement on my range of motion and pain. I was quite shocked at how quickly she was able to deduce how other parts of my body were inhibiting my shoulder, on top of my injury. Would definitely suggest her to anyone that needs that kind of help.

After just two sessions with her I noticed improvements. I’ve worked with her almost a year now. Within six months I became more active, completed my first 5k in 8 years and returned to a physical job of teaching Pilates. Her kindness and expertise is unmatched.
