Charity did an excellent job explaining the skin pen procedure to my teen daughter, while assuring she was comfortable the entire time. Thoroughly explained the after care process so she could understand. She is looking forward to following up in four weeks. Comfortable environment, clean, and extremely friendly. Highly recommended.
