Along with the gift of Be Well acupuncture, the addition of Crua Nutrtion has been a wonderful.addition especially in knowing how best to feed a family. Dietary modifications based on a solid scientific knowledge of nutrients has been positive, doable and encouraging. Food, health and habit have a complex relationship.
