Jessica is an extremely gifted healer. I tried so many different therapies for pain and trauma in my body. I found Jessica 2 years ago and I won't go anywhere else. The work that she does is not only physical but works on an emotional level as well. Jessica is a highly skilled Structural Integration practitioner. After years of pain caused by a childhood injury, my first visit to a Rolfing practitioner was in 1990. Since then, periodic treatments help keep me healthy and active. Jessica does incredible work, is top notch in her field, and is passionate and dedicated to her work and clients!
As someone who experiences frequent lower back discomfort, I have found Jessica to be the one person who can provide immediate and lasting relief to my muscles. She leaves me standing straighter, taller and more comfortably. Jessica is an expert in fascial release and customizes her techniques to her clients needs, as I've experienced.
