This was an EXCELLENT retreat! I wish that it was longer as the time we spent replenished me. I enjoyed the aspects of nature. We do not get enough time in nature to really connect and think as our ancestors did.
I have and will continue to recommend the blogs, the podcast, the coaching and the retreats that are available through Be Well Beautiful Woman. The gifts that I have received from opening myself to abundant mindset and self awareness are giving me new perspectives and opportunities that I am so grateful for. The work continues and I feel more equipped to live fully and claim my joy. I encourage you to look into BWBW!
I attended an all day retreat hosted by Demarra and had the most refreshing and healing experience. Demarra has an incredibly calming energy that just makes you feel safe. I felt free to explore my own thoughts. The day was an overall well planned and executed day of healing and self growth. Will be attending other sessions in the future!
