I visited Be Well and felt so supported under the wonderful care of Dr. Erica! She took the time to thoroughly go over my health history and approached everything from a holistic perspective. Even after just one session, the simple, practical tips she gave me have already made a noticeable difference in my sleep and digestion. This review is long overdue - I am writing it as my 2.5 month old is sleeping next to me in her crib. I owe much of the success to Be Well and can't say enough great things about them. The ambience is super zen and spa-like. Dr. Erica and Dr. Marisa were both gentle and supportive (both via acupuncture and emotionally) during the entire process.
