I was referred to Josie by a co worker after mentioning I suffer from migraines. When you see Josie, its not the run of the mill, factory made massage. She takes the time to evaluate you and locate areas that need work. Her background in radiology and knowledge in anatomy allows her to accurately pinpoint and resolve sore, stiff muscles. Her technique is firm and effective yet still gentle. I was so impressed, I made my husband an appointment with her later the same week. I will return for sure.
Can not say enough good things about this therapist! She has helped my son with his baseball injury and my shoulder pain. Highly recommend!!!
