I come here fairly regularly and usually have positive experiences, but my most recent visit left me a bit dissatisfied. I won a coupon on 9/6/26 after winning an in store game. On 9/12/26 I placed an order with plans to redeem the coupon. When I went to pick up my order, I learned they had just implemented a new system that was causing some delays, which is understandable. As usual, the people in there are awesome. There's an old saying if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I put everything in my shopping cart. The problem is, wheres the shopping cart? New system is a joke. All so they can implement some AI nonsense no one wants. I stopped shopping there after their new system got implemented. Lost my veterans discount and lost my coupon loyalty points. The new systems a mess.
