I spent approximately 30 minutes in this store with no other customers and the staff didn't bother to greet us or ask if they could assist us. Needless to say, we left. I was happy to spend my dollars at another upscale boutique. Customer service is horrible!
I can not say enough positive things about this dress shop. They made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. They asked what we were looking for and just started pulling dresses for my daughter. Set her up in a dressing room. Helped her get the dress laced up and set her up with a pair of shoes and earrings. One stop shop ! Thank you ladys! ❤️
Great shop for prom! Wide selection of styles, sizes, and prices. The staff was so friendly and attentive, and did a great job making suggestions of different dresses for my daughter to try. We told them some things she liked and didn’t like, and they pulled a bunch of styles from the floor, including options that were out of her comfort zone but had a good vibe. Found a dress she loved and we hadn’t seen anywhere else. Highly recommend - We’ll definitely be back for future formals!
I have never been in but I drive by all the time. I just wanted to throw compliments to whoever dresses the windows. They always look fabulous and they change them often, like weekly. Great job!
I had an amazing experience at B Social. I had the opportunity to work with Olivia, she was so incredibly helpful when it came to picking out the style I wanted in a variation of colors and giving me her thoughts when I genuinely appreciated so much. She made the experience wonderful and so easy! I would definitely recommend coming here the workers are absolutely fabulous and they have an amazing dress selection.
