They charged my card with an unauthorized charge trying to tip themselves. This is fraud and I am reporting this to the police.
Yesterday I went to this place and asked if they took priority pass. They said they do. I wanted chair massage. They have 4 I can see. 2 were occupied but 2 were free but they asked me to join in the “waiting list” ? When asked about the 2 open chairs they said that they will cost additional $9. I decided to wait for 15 mins. They put me on this old chair which was clearly dated and torn. The massager was poping out of the torn fabric of the one on my of feet. I very much enjoyed my visit some the relax lounger. It came with a heated eye mask. Threw in my headphones for relaxing music. Was great.
It’s a crap. I won’t waste my money or Chase account membership again.
