I was told it would be about a 1hr wait for an eyebrow wax because someone else was getting a mani pedi. At the 1h mark, I came back to check on the timing because it seemed like the person who would be doing the waxing was giving someone else a mani pedi (when I asked someone about the time, they turned to ask the person doing the mani pedi). Tiffany was awesome!
The massage was amazing—I felt completely relaxed afterward. I kept extending my time because it made me feel so much better. The masseuse was incredibly skilled; I could tell within the first few minutes. They worked on my scalp, neck, shoulders, hands, arms, and lower back—honestly everything. I felt like I came back to life after a long flight before taking the next one
On March 23, 2026, I approached Tiffany and she greeted me with a smile and helpfully walked me through the massage therapy options, as she was not attending to anyone at the time. I chose a 20-minute chair therapy session, which was $70, but well worth it. My experience was amazing ! I had a flight heading out and it got delayed. I stopped at Be Relax and had a well needed massage from Ana and was able to get a quick manicure also! The staff were professional and friendly and super helpful. I would recommend Be Relax before any flight! See you soon !
