Joseph was amazing — easily the best back and shoulder massage I’ve ever had. Be Relax is really a treat. Friendly, genuine, and calm staff that provide a needed reset during travel.

Stopped in between flights, Yoshi was amazing! She released the tension in my shoulders and set me up for a great flight. I would highly recommend her.
I used my Chase priority pass for a 30 min massage and upgraded to the zero gravity human touch massage chair for $9 more at 7am for a 2 hr layover. Definitely worth it. The staff were polite and I was attended to right away.
