This is specifically for the location in Terminal A. I stopped by for a quick chair massage (i think they start at 10 or 15 min?) about 30 minutes before their posted closing time. The woman who was supposed to be working the front desk yelled over that they were already closed… while she was getting a massage herself in one of the chairs lol. Not exactly a great look when you’re turning away a customer before closing because you’ve decided to become the customer instead.
I had a great experience at Be Relax Spa in Terminal B at Atlanta Airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the service was exactly what I needed during a busy travel day. The space was clean, relaxing, and conveniently located inside the terminal. I left feeling refreshed and much more comfortable before my flight. I would definitely recommend stopping by during a layover or before boarding.
Got in first spot on wait list at 6:30. Didn’t get in by flight at 9:30. Don’t get your hopes up

Neck and shoulder massage by Neché was fantastic! I felt so much better after just 30 min.
