We arrived to the Atlanta airport but couldn't find the car we rented. When we called we were informed they neglected to deliver the car as agreed. Sadly we were told it wasn't delivered because of the winter storm, but the storm didn't arrive until the next day lol. We had to catch a cab to our hotel where they delivered the car to the next day, but have still charged us the full amount! They also have refused to respond to us regarding the matter.
