UPADATE: I want to add. That since my class this past May/June. I have been able to practice what I’ve learn and have seen results. What I am most happiest about is that Serena continues to help me. Serena's Be Limitless and NLP training is 5 stars. She took me from knowing very little to I got this. I got so confident I even created 2 public meditations before I even graduated. Attachments area
Serena was patient and kind. Her voice is soothing. She helped me retrain my mind. It is an amazing process to witness and be a part of. I have been struggling with weight for many years. I always knew it was a mind over matter issue but did not know a way to retrain my mind. Serena taught me we needed to find the root of the problem and why my mind made me think the way it did. Excellent experience with Serena. I went to see her for anxiety and insomnia problems. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. She made my wife and I feel very comfortable. My insomnia and level of anxiety improved quite a bit within the same week of the session and I know that the hypno-session definitely helped. She took her time to understand the issue and to explain how the session may help. She was awesome. Would highly recommend her.
