I had such a lovely experience at Be In Shape. The studio feels calm, welcoming and very personal. I tried the Shapemaster toning beds and really enjoyed how gentle but effective the session felt. Kate was warm, attentive and explained everything clearly. A beautiful place for anyone wanting to feel better in their body💞
Called and she didn't want to talk or explain service. Just repeated to book online .. over and over. Went onto website and couldn't book. Something wrong with website.
I came to Be In Shape for Endeologie and Kate is so attentive and thorough. They have various other treatments that work well together and are really invested in providing the best results. I travel 1.5 hours each way to see her and highly recommend this clinic.
Visited for a thermopressotherapy session with my mum! The staff are super lovely and make you feel very comfortable. The treatments works wonders for me and my mum. Recommend visiting and trying it for yourself!
