Kristina was super kind and thoughtful of this being my first time ever getting a massage. I have chronic pain in my shoulders, back, hips, knees, and feet and they definitely helped relieve tension in those areas. I am definitely planning to schedule again!

Kristina is truly transformative with her intuitive myofascial release techniques. From my first appointment with her, I knew it would be a continued relationship. As someone with many health issues, including fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, and POTS, which cause me a lot of muscle and joint pain pretty much everywhere, I can’t recommend her highly enough for any and all type of restorative massage therapy.
