Leon has been a massive positive influence on my life in dealing with anxiety. He can relate on his own experiences to better communicate how you see the world and how you can change your lens. I like that the skills he speaks about are easy to implement in your daily life and he does not overwhelm you with quick fix plans. I feel the change in myself and I plan to spend more sessions with Leon going forward as I learn to live with mental health.
I am beyond grateful for the time Leon has spent with me. I honestly struggle to find the words to describe the depth and sincerity Leon has in our sessions.
