When I first decided to start my Loc journey I was extremely scared 😱 I begin to go around Harlem as well as The Bronx and interview different locticians. I met Oumo and she made me feel so much better about starting my loc journey. She educated me in regarding to the texture of my hair and the size of the locs that will be conducive for my hair to grow and be healthy. I have been with Oumo for 2yrs now. I have always been reluctant to post a negative review to a Black owned establishment, but I felt so slighted and mistreated at this location that I had to respond. Regret ever setting foot in that place! In the future avoid passing judgement and making assumptions about customers, and focus on delivering a service.
