The brow shaping/waxing is good. The nail services are terrible - sloppy and did not last more than a day. However, the main reason for the one star review is the last minute appointment cancellations over and over again. Never will I book here again. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate… an automated text message less than an hour before the appointment and this is not the first time.
I love Be Beauty for tanning. I've been a client for over 4 years and it's by far the best service in Whistler. The service is fast and the place is always clean with a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.
Called to see if they could squeeze me in for a last minute Brazilian before I left town, and they were able to fit me in! The wax was incredibly quick, barely painful, and the whole experience was great. I’d definitely come back.
Jill and her team at Be Beauty Whistler are awesome! I have been getting several different services from them for a few years now. I love supporting local businesses but love even more when I can support a local business owned and operated by women. They have been so accommodating and so kind to me. Really not impressed planning my day around visiting the salon, and the doors aren’t open during the advertised opening hours. No note to let customers know why. I was not the only one waiting at the door thinking they were open. Unprofessional in my opinion and very inconvenient.
