Really not impressed planning my day around visiting the salon, and the doors aren’t open during the advertised opening hours. No note to let customers know why. I was not the only one waiting at the door thinking they were open. Unprofessional in my opinion and very inconvenient.
Super kind, and did one of the best eyebrow wax and tint I've ever had. Wish it wasn't an international flight in-between visits, otherwise I would be a regular.

I attended this clinic with a friend and our two 10 year old girls. Sadly, it was the most awkward experience we have ever had. The majority of clinics we noted online in Whistler offer a reduced price for a child but the girls wanted to have gel nail polish. The owner did offer a small discount of 10 dollars which was lovely but had we known what was in store for us, we would have left immediately. Photos of the incredibly poor service that took over 3 hours and gel polish that peeled in less than 6 hours. It doesn’t appear this is the norm for other services. Customer service is addressing a concern was extremely poor and defensive. The evidence is irrefutable.
