The Be Balanced intake form was so detailed and focused that when I met with my practitioner, Jen, we were able to dive right in and tackle my needs. Jen is a keen listener and was able to process and understand my needs to put together a comprehensive plan that not only included nutrition but also my mental and physical well being. I feel supported and well cared for.
