I lived here for 6 months. It was okay overall, nothing special. The room itself is quiet, but there are occasional loud noises at night.
Good enough location/surroundings, but the rooms are small and not air conditioned (so deadly in summer lol). There is also no security or in-building help to speak of, so realistically if anything goes wrong you are on your own. Same goes for "events" - they advertise things like bbqs on the website for you to meet other tenants - these do not exist. Wifi is pretty mid, would reccommend a decent mobile data package just in case.
This is the dirtiest accommodation I’ve lived in. I moved out in less than 3 months of living here due to a dirty kitchen and lack of professionalism from the property manager. When I moved in, the room was filled with bugs and cockroaches. When I emailed the property manager Mr.Bishal, he replied saying it was my fault because I left food outside!! I had literally moved in that day. It took several days to get an approval for fumigation and to actually carry out the treatment. I had a very hard time dealing with the on site... read more
