Very happy with my first session. They know what they are talking about. It was a bit of a painful session because I have quite a lot of tensed muscles. Appreciated the expertise and advice and of course the massages!
Disclosure: my son was a coach at BodySquad and gifted me a therapy session. That one session of focused stretching with Miriam (who addressed both sides of my body, unlike PT that only address the areas insurance pays for) and normatec compression made my body feel so amazing, something 10 months of PT did not do. I would love to do weekly sessions but the commute to Boston is a lot from central MA. Hoping a central MA location will be considered in the future.
