Sending out parts that don't even fit your truck. Wasted several hundred dollars just to find out their parts don't fit.
So far i havent even got to put on my lift second time delivered and box is open and parts missing upon delivery
This company sucks. They sent me the wrong parts for my truck and after several days of asking me for photos, they tell me they can't return it. Oh, they stole my money.
The BDS lift on my Escalade has been a complete nightmare. Tech support is non-existent. Would not recommend at all.
I have a 2014 Silverado, the rear left springs do not fit. As seen by the photos, the advertised skews on the BDS website do not fit. Since the install, my transmission has gone out. BDS has not directly answered my mechanic, nor myself. Please call and confirm their "Warranty" before you install or have them installed. Stuck with faulty product since October of 2024 and now an now a transmission issue alongside the suspension issue.
