We think the end result is good but had a number of missteps along the way. Twice crews arrived at our summer home to install their system for relief of water problems at the foundation of our home. They had not arranged for an electrician (for the pump) or a plumber (hot water heater had to be moved). The third time was successful. You were on time, you answered questions professionally, and with knowledge, and workers were polite. When we hit a snag re: the bill, you followed through till it was solved.
Your people showed up on time and got straight to work. They curtained off the work area, they didn't make a mess and cleaned up what little debrie that was left. I'd recommend you to anyone. Thanks for the help.

The company rep was great. They kept me informed as the job was progressing and did exactly what they said was needed. Even though they ran short on materials, they did not abandon the job to come back another date, but went back to their warehouse in SC and got what was needed to finish the job that day. The crew that came to my house was right on time and caused a minimum of confusion to our household. They did their work, they cleaned up, and they were gone in the amount of time that they told me they would. When I spoke to the foreman about a concern, he was patient and assured me that they would not foul my outside drain as I feared. You did great, more that. I expected ! I mentioned that anything under the house wasn't wanted and it was gone. Installation was neat and completed in a reasonable time. Heat pump serviceman said " I don' t even have to put my coveralls on it's so clean under there ". Very pleased with the results and the techs. Jim Moore
BDry completed the job on time as promised. Have had the system for almost a year and have had not problems at all. So far, very good.
