I was so reluctant to spend that kind of money in case B Dry couldn't really do what they promised. My basement is 100% dry for the first time during a rain since I bought this property. The fix was very complicated but B Dry worked on it until they fixed the problem AND I did not pay a dime until it was fixed. They stand by their guarantee. Water flooded my basement like a fire hose turned on. I am SO happy with my dry basement!
