We hired Bdry a few years ago to install crawl space and basement repair and bought into the blue canyon system as well. Having a dehumidifier and battery back up system. While the installation was good and it has worked fine till now. We found the dehumidifier not working and not sure for how long- called Bdry a few days later someone came out said it needed to be replaced and would be out the next or definitely by Friday someone replace, office would call. 10+ days go by no call.
