Not only am I impressed with the product( ergo rise II, duel motor desk ) but also the customer service was great. The desk is fantastic, looks great and works exactly as required. Great quality. While I am now happy with the chair I purchased from BDO, the purchase process left a nasty taste in my mouth. They don't tell you the cost of assembly and only offer to give you a quote after you've bought the chair. I found the Spartan Heavy Duty chair impossible to put together, and the instructions bore little resemblance to the actual task. I then had to pay an extra $300 to get someone to do it for me. These are the best casters ever. I should have brought them sooner. Dual wheel hard plastic casters are rubbish and should be banned worldwide and the chair industry should all use BDO casters.
Exactly what I was after. Strong, sturdy, light weight and comfortable chairs, that even hold my heavy weight. Delivery was really fast. Will buy more soon.
I enquired about my order being dispatched and MIKE was a big help, ended up getting my order on the same day of my enquiry. The driver was professional and friendly! My only constructive feedback is that I had to send an email before getting an update on the shipping, which makes me wonder if I did nothing I might have waited a longer time.
