Nasty attitude with drivers
I recently had an unpleasant experience with BDK Express Inc. The shipping office staff consistently displayed a very poor attitude towards drivers, including myself. The lack of professionalism and respect made the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service and treat drivers with the courtesy they deserve.
I had a very concerning experience with a small truck driver recently. As I was driving, the truck pulled out without checking if the road was clear because the driver was busy talking on the phone. It was a close call, and I was fortunate to be able to brake in time to avoid an accident. This kind of reckless behavior is dangerous and shows a lack of responsibility on the part of the driver. I hope they take safety more seriously in the future!
