The rep was rude oh sorry no suggestions after discovered cheap particle board underneath the desk cracks where couple screws entered it. Suggestion don't get the cord holder on these desks. Better customer support is needed at least to point to a repair place somewhere or ideas how to fix. I thought it was metal and glass guess not.
