Called to inquiries about business loan. Talked to someone that could not answer my questions, he said i’ll transfer you to someone that can. Waited 2hours on hold. Nobody ever picked up the phone.
I reached out to BDC on the contact us form, received the automated "we've received your message" email 8 days ago, but they just don't get back to you. I reached out on Chat, agent was "yeah that's about right" when I asked if this delay was their standard and they still can't put me in contact with an account manager. So here I am waiting again for a call.... I think they really need to improve service model.
