The staff were very compassionate.I know most debt collection companies have a bad name but not this one .. do your reaseach without emotions people who work there want to help of course without abuse. İ use them as landlord sellers solicitors, they are absolutely very expensive, I don’t even know why they charge 4 times more than other agencies
