İ use them as landlord sellers solicitors, they are absolutely very expensive, I don’t even know why they charge 4 times more than other agencies
The worse service ever. Very expensive and unprofessional. Wait times are extraordinarily long, especially the london branch. They are also rude, dismissive and sometimes even untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I have asked them to help me with obtaining an urgent document since March, we are now 9 months later and I am still waiting. They don't reply to emails for more than 3 weeks at a time. I am working with Paul Gallagher and he simply just doesn't reply, his assistant Lorraine lies in emails. DO NOT RECOMMEND working with this firm. They are expensive and not worth any of their fees.
I had to write this review as I read hundreds of reviews myself that led me to choosing BDB Pitmans. I hope this helps someone else desperately searching to make their decision. Tim Hayes at BDB Pitmans changed our family's lives. We came to him in a moment of desperation for my stepdad's immigration case. We'd been fighting the Home Office for 11 years.
