My husband and I ordered a smart home exercise machine from Amazon, and BDA Transport was the delivery carrier. Over the phone, Danielle was very helpful and patient, and is the only reason this review isn't 1 star. On the day of the delivery (today), the drivers came 30 mins early and parked at the backlane in front of our driveway; no problem since my husband was home.
