My boyfriend Joe brought his 2012 Merckx EXM in for a replacement of break levers. The job came our spectacular! There were some extra things done that he wasn't aware of. The bike hasn't ridden this good since he owned it And the staff was fantastic. Couldn't ask for better.
Bill and his team are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and pretty hilarious (looking). I have bought and will continue to buy all my bike swag there.
No other place I would go for bike service. Bill and the gang are always top notch and a dream to work with.
