It's pretty good service. It all depends on the driver you get. Some are really good and some are ok. My last driver actually made another stop for me so I could pick up my RX, but then speeds through a school zone. I actually said something because he was doing 32 in a 20 school zone. The divers are very aware of your injuries and take speed bumps or bad roads slowly so they don't jar you. I have a broken neck and bumps or rough roads really hurt. The transport team was the greatest transportation company we have ever used. They were very knowledgeable and caring. I had been looking for over a year. Other companies were double and triple the price.
Mohammad was polite, professional, on time and he maintained the patient’s safety throughout the trip. This was my first experience with a medical transport and it went perfectly.
Mr. Mahmood takes great care of my loved one every time he transports them! He is always prompt in responding to a request for transportation. He picks up my loved one early and arrives at the destination early as well. (Sometimes too early - he beats me getting there!😊) He is respectful and responsible and I am confident that my loved one will arrive safely. His vehicle is clean and reliable. I have used him several times and will continue to do so.
