Fantastic experience from start to finish. The driver was punctual, kind, and very attentive, making sure the wheelchair was secured safely and the ride was comfortable. The vehicle was clean and well‑equipped, and the whole trip felt smooth and stress‑free. Truly reliable and compassionate service. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about BD Express LLC, especially Mohammed and his driver, Mike. They truly went above and beyond for my family this Thanksgiving.
